Hand In Hand Institute is a unique Los Angeles based Meditation VR Studio which takes an innovative approach to providing a relaxing and holistically rejuvenating experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. We combine the old school energy and environment of ancient meditative practices with the new innovative and modern Virtual Reality tools to serve all members of the family for a fun, nature based, forward thinking, fun experience. Our outdoor studio is an oasis of colorful plants and flowers, exotic species of birds in an organic open sanctuary. We are steps away from the well known Ballona Wetland which is a federally protected wildlife refuge. After your session we will give you a guide to the history of the local land which goes back to the time of the indigenous native tribes. It includes the wildlife and the marine life, and some of the world renowned people and businesses who have resided in the area in the past and present. The Ballona Creek path is a few steps away from us.  It  is a 45 minute beautiful walk to the beach. As you walk through the nature preserve, you may see some protected species of birds such as ospreys. Have your camera ready just in case. About 30 minutes into the walk, You will pass by the world renowned Marina Del Rey Fisherman’s Village . You may stop there for a break, or eat at one of the wonderful restaurants and take photos of the seals and sea lions which usually show up at the Fishermen’s village.
